Jiangsu Xinhua Printing Factory was established in 1953 and now is subordinate to Phoenix Publishing & Media Group.Xinhua factory  has a production base of 100,000 square meters,  and a printing supplies delivery center of 150,000 square meters. It boasts a number of internationally advanced and domestically first-class production lines, and an efficient  management team, providing its clients with excellent products and service, but extremely competitive cost.Based in Nanjing, the former capital of China, now the capital of Jiangsu Province, Xinhua factory takes great advantage of Nanjing Harbor, regarding shipment and delivery.

Xinhua factory also controls 7 subsidiary corporations, Phoenix Yanghzou, Phoenix Yancheng, Phoenix Tongda, Phoenix plate-making Printing Co., L.td.In January 2003 the factory achieved ISO9001:2000 quality management certification. It has won numerous awards, such as China Print Awards, the  Chinese Government Publishing Award, the silver award for Enterprises with Excellent Quality in Book and Magazine Printing, an award from GAPP, for six consecutive years, and the Premium Product Award of GAPP – the highest printing award in China, etc.

It is also an assigned printer by  the government to print several core governmental magazines. Its total asset is 100 million dollars and its 2010 total sales value is 50 million dollars.
